Shampoo: Rub the bar between your hands or directly onto wet hair to create a lather. Massage into the scalp, then rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: Glide the bar over clean, wet hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Massage to distribute evenly, then rinse.

Let both bars dry fully between uses to extend their life.
