About the Role
We are looking for a Production Artisan to join our team and help bring our products to life—from crafting to packaging, and everything in between.
Job Details
Salary:
• $18 to $22 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
• 3 to 5 days per week
• Weekday daytime shifts (approximately 9 AM to 4 PM)
• Flexible days based on your availability
Location:
Chelsea, QC (Old Chelsea – private home-based workshop)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Crafting our products in small batches
• Preparing and packing customer orders with care
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Supporting the team with various production-related tasks
What I’m Looking For
• Fluent in French (English is an asset)
• Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• A strong sense of care and pride in your work
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Comfortable with physical work (we spend most of the day on our feet and regularly lift heavier containers)
• Experience in skincare or production is a plus, but not required
